City closed to traffic today & tomorrow

You are kindly informed that today, from 16:00 until 19:00,  the city 
centre will be closed to traffic due to pollution.
ONLY the following categories of vehicles will be allowed to circulate 
inside the closed perimeter:  Euro 4 cars, Euro 2/3 scooters and cars 
with at least three people.

The traffic block will continue tomorrow 9:30-12:00 and 16:00-19:00 
until the pollution parameters will return to acceptable values.
