una simpatica ragazza.
Affitto: 230 euro mensili più spese a parte. Disponibile da 1 marzo.

distance from the University.

(very new), corridor, small room (with washing machine).
The apartment has its own heating system (gaz). To be shared with a very
friendly lady.
