[Mohinish]

Hi,
we are looking for 1 person to share an apartment in viale XX  
settembre, starting from August. There will be 3 people in the  
apartment in total, each with their own room. The rent will be around  
240 euros, which included heating, plus expenses (Around 15 eur/ 
month). The house is well-equipped. The room for rent overlooks the  
viale, and has a balcony which runs to another room. Only for people  
wishing to stay for a long term, since we have to renew the contract.
