A single room in an appartment located in Via Ginnastica, 7 minutes walk 
from bus stop 36 to Piazza Oberdan, will be available from 1st of April 
2006.
The apartment is in a calm and quite place near the Hospital, close to the 
city center with buses and shops at hand. The apartment consists of three 
single rooms (two are occupied by PhD students working at Sissa and ICTP). 
The room's rent is about 160 euro (+ light, gas and water bill). One month 
rent must be paid in advance, and will be returned at the end of contract. 
The apartment has a kitchen in common, bathroom, washing machine, heater, 
and a fridge.
