Two bedrooms in a new apartment in the exclusive zone of Greta (15 mins.
By bus 36 to ICTP) will be available for rent from the 1st of September.
The apartment is in the ground level of a two levels house and the two
bedrooms (both for single persons) can be rented separately. Details: The
apartment is  fully furnished with new beds, Tv, Washing machine, kitchen
appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. It also has two extra desks for studing
inside the rooms. The rented area also contains one frontal garden and a
backyard shared only with the two other persons living upstairs. The cost
is 270 euro per month per room OR 500 euro for the whole apartment + bills
(~30 euro x month x room).

Long-term, no-smoker visitors are preferred, the owner will rent the
apartment only on this basis. Ideal for a post-doc or PhD student.
