A very new apartment with two bedrooms in the exclusive zone of Greta (15
mins. By bus 36 to ICTP-SISSA) will be available for rent from the 1st of
September. The apartment is in the ground level of a two levels house and
the two bedrooms available (both for single persons) can be rented
separately. Details: The apartment is fully furnished with new beds, Tv,
Washing machine, kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. Two desks for
studing inside the rooms, bathroom and kitchen, everything independent. It
also has one frontal garden and a backyard shared only with the two other
persons living upstairs. The cost is 270 euro + expenses (~30-40
euro/month).

Long-term, no-smoker visitors are preferred and the owners will choose
among the candidates only on this basis (i.e. not on a
first-come-first-served basis), depending on the particular situation
price could be negotiated.
