Today we will do our meditation outdoors again: 

let's meet at the upper entrance of Parco di Miramare, @ 12:25.

The meadow where we will meditate is right there nearby.

[To reach Parco di Miramare, go to Galileo Guest House, leave the building at your right side, walk for 2 minutes and you will find the park entrance.]

Take a towel/mat with you (or a newspaper to sit on)
