The first episode of the podcast "Alla Ricerca - Stories of science and innovation from the laboratories of Friuli Venezia Giulia" will be broadcast on 7 January as part of the radio programme Radar, on air every Tuesday from 11:20 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Rai Radio 1 FVG.

The podcast is produced thanks to a collaboration between Area Science Park, ICTP and SISSA. The episodes that will be published this year were conceived and written by the students of SISSA's Master in Science Communication “Franco Prattico” Debora Lamcja, Elena Toti and Francesca Trinchini.

ICTP researchers Cyril Caminade and Maria Vittoria Guarino, both in the Earth System Physics section, are featured in two of the episodes:

- Zanzare intercontinentali: la Dengue in Italia - with Cyril Caminade - to be broadcast on 14 January;

- Da Trieste al Polo Sud - with Maria Vittoria Guarino - to be broadcast on 28 January.
