The celebratory event for the 60th Anniversary of ICTP will take place on Friday November 15th 2024 in the Leonardo Building (Budinich Lecture Hall and Euler area).

We need your support to make this a successful day.
In order to ensure the event running smoothly, please be advised that:
· Due to limited seats in the Budinich Lecture Hall, the attendance to the event is by invitation only. However, you can still be part of the day by watching it livestreamed on ICTP YouTube or www.ictp.it/livestream from your computer or in the Stasi Lecture Hall (50 seats). We expect thought-provoking discussions thanks to the presence of eminent scientists and dignitaries visiting ICTP on this special day!
· The Leonardo Building parking lot facing the Strada Costiera will NOT BE AVAILABLE as it will be reserved for buses and special guests. We're therefore required to leave the parking lot vacant starting from Thursday, November 14th at 6 pm. Available parking spaces are those around the Fermi Building, the one between Fermi and Leonardo Building and, as a one day exception, the one located in the 2nd and 3rd levels of the SISSA car park (please note that the access is in front of the main entrance of the SISSA Building, via Beirut 2-4).
· The DIRAC STAIRS will be CLOSED on 15th November for the whole day.
· The Leonardo Building main entrance and lobby area will be reserved for the event on Friday 15th November from 7 am to 10 pm.
Please use the entrance on the terrace.
· The Leonardo Building Cafeteria and the Leonardo Building Bar will not be available on Friday 15th November. As an alternative, we recommend to have lunch at the Adriatico Cafeteria or to bring your own lunch to avoid queues.
· As is usually required for such events, the Italian authorities will provide security for ICTP. There will be a police presence outside an inside the Campus.
· Please ensure your badges are visible while you are on Campus to cooperate with security and the organisers with access control.
