"I PROMEMORIA DI ITALO CALVINO PER AFFRONTARE IL TERZO MILLENNIO"
Inizio ore 18:15
Tra gli altri, il Prof. Claudio Tuniz racconterà come usare
l’informazione scientifica sul passato profondo di Homo sapiens al
fine di immaginare i nostri possibili futuri.
Vedremo che scienza e tecnologia per produrre energia e nuovi
materiali non bastano. Dobbiamo immaginare nuovi sistemi sociali ed
economici che siano sostenibili.
Dobbiamo anche immaginare nuovi modi di essere felici.

As part of the "Scienza e Virgola" Festival, we are happy to inform
you that TOMORROW 09/05/2023 at Caffé San Marco will be held the
event:
"ITALO CALVINO'S MEMORANDUM TO FACE THE THIRD MILLENNIUM".
START at 6.15pm
Between others, Professor C.Tuniz will tell us how to use scientific
information on Homo Sapiens' deep past, in order to be able to
imagine our possible futures.
We will see that Science & Technology for new materials and
energy production are not enough.
We must imagine all-new social-economic models, that have to be
sustainable.
We also must imagine new ways to be happy.
Please, note that the event will be in Italian language ONLY.
