We wish to inform you that a fire drill (evacuation exercise) will take place in the early afternoon next Thursday 7th November at the Adriatico Guest House.

The exercise involves everyone (no one is excluded), and is an important test of the ability of our organization to cope with a critical situation.

We kindly ask you to read and follow the instructions provided in the leaflet that you have received via internal mail,

which is also attached to this e-mail, as well as the informative charts on emergency management located on the walls throughout the building.

Once the building will be evacuated completely, all people present will be counted.

We will then wait for the signal of the end of the emergency, after which everybody will be allowed to go back to the building and resume work.

The drill will last less than 30 minutes.

Si informa che questa settimana, (nel primo pomeriggio di giovedi 7 Novembre), si terrà una prova di evacuazione dell'Adriatico Guest House.

L’esercitazione che coinvolgerà tutti, nessuno escluso, è un momento fondamentale per la verifica della capacità di risposta della nostra organizzazione ad una eventuale situazione critica. 

Chiediamo cortesemente a tutti di leggere e seguire le indicazioni fornite dal depliant recapitato via posta interna (e che trovate anche in allegato a questa e-mail) e dalle tabelle informative dedicate alla gestione delle emergenze appese nell’edificio.

Ad evacuazione completata  e dopo il conteggio dei presenti, tutti dovranno attendere il segnale di fine emergenza: solo allora sarà permesso rientrare nell’edificio e riprendere le proprie attività.

L’esercitazione durerà meno di mezz’ora.
