“SCIENCE PICNIC TRIESTE” (SciPicTS)

The sixth edition of the
Trieste Mini Maker Faire and
the second Science Picnic fast approaching
and we are looking for ICTP volunteers to ensure the
smooth running of the event.
The Science Picnic , to be held on 24
May, will open to the public from 9:00 to 14:00
The TSMMF, to be held on 25
and 25 May, will be open to the
public from 11:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and from 10:00 to 17:00 on Sunday.
ICTP volunteers are needed to manage
access of the public to ICTP rooms (Diploma area and
Cafeteria area) and to give
support to ICTP staff on critical duties.
Volunteers will be working in shifts:
Friday: 9:00-11:30; 11:30-14:00
Saturday: 11:00-14:00; 14:00-17:00; 17:00-20:00
Sunday: 10:00-13:30; 13:30-17:00
You will be required to meet up 10
minutes before your shift starts at the ICTP Info
point stall in the parking lot.

Please indicate your shift preferences (you are
welcome to sign up for more than one shift!) and also
indicate your T-shirt size.
All volunteers will receive a meal voucher and a
T-shirt as compensation for helping us with the Mini
Maker Faire.
