NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities (19-22 April 2019)

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The CWT Travel office will be closed during the same period.

The Marie Curie Library opening hours will be as follows:

Friday 19 April        10am - 6pm

Saturday 20 April    10am - 6pm

Sunday 21 April         CLOSED

Monday 22 April         CLOSED

As for the other days within the Easter period, all online services will be accessible.

The ICTP Adriatico Guesthouse will be closed to the public from Wednesday 17 April to Wednesday 24 April inclusive.

The Galileo Guesthouse will remain open to accommodate the few guests present during Easter time.

The ICTP/SISSA shuttle service will be suspended from Friday 19 to Monday 22.

Please note that on Monday 22 the public transportation services will run according to their Sunday schedule.

All services will be resumed on Tuesday 23 April.
