it is with great pleasure that we'd like to invite you to the round table that TWAS has organized for the 2017 edition of TRIESTE NEXT.
The title of the event is:
SCIENCE DIPLOMACY: A BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATERS
The Mediterranean basin is a cradle where about 500 million
people share resources, cultures, needs. Cooperation between
South and North is most needed, here. Could Science Diplomacy be
the bridge that links people and nations, easing joint actions
on the most urgent issues (water, climate change, overcrowding,
education, brain drain)?
Four international panelists will offer different perspectives
and views on these hot topics.
