Strike of the Pilots union “Vereinigung Cockpit” (VC) for Lufthansa flights from Germany on continental routes on 25 November 2016, as well as on intercontinental routes on 26 November 2016 

The pilots union Cockpit (VC) has called for a strike for Lufthansa flights from Germany. This affects continental routes from Germany on 25 November and intercontinental routes on 26 November 2016.

The strike announcement concerns Lufthansa operated flights only. Flights operated by Germanwings, Eurowings, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, SWISS and Brussels Airlines are not affected by the strike measures and will continue to operate normally.

A special flight schedule for 25 November 2016 has been enabled allowing almost all intercontinental flights on 25 November 2016 to take place. A special flight schedule for 26 November 2016 will be online as of 12 o`clock central European time on 25 November 2016.
