We would like to inform you that from 8:00 pm
Rome Time October 14th until October 15th,
Alitalia will implement an important upgrade of its
airline reservation systems. During this period,
flights will operate as normal and your itineraries
will not be affected. However GDS functionalities, and
online and call center services will not be available.
Impact and info
During this period it will
not be possible to complete the following services:

Create and modify the bookings;

Purchase and issue new tickets;
-
Re-issue or re-validate tickets;
-
Purchase ancillary services;
-
Complete refunds and cancellations;
-
Use Web check-in;
-
Use Self check-in.
Airport check-in will be available
during the upgrade and extra staff will be
available to assist passengers at the airport.
The upgrade should be completed
by Sunday evening but some residual limitations
should eventually persist also in the next hours.
Alitalia apologies for any inconvenience you
may experience during this time.
CWT travelers are encouraged to:

Finalize changes or the purchase of the
tickets within 7 p.m. of 14th October.

Check-in online as soon as possible
(before 8 pm Rome Time on Friday, October 14).
Alternatively,
check-in at the airport and arrive well in advance.
Check-in counters will be open 3 hours before for domestic
flights, and 4 hours for international flight.

changes and purchasing of tickets during the
weekend please refer exclusively on the Alitalia
desk and ticket offices at the departure airport.
