Strike of Lufthansa pilots extended on 9th September 2015 –

short / medium haul flights

 

We would like to inform you that the union Cockpit has announced to extend the ongoing strike of Lufthansa pilots to affect short- and medium-haul flights on 9th September.

Affected dates, times and routes

 8th September: Long-haul flights (08:00 – 24: 00 o’clock) Lufthansa. (Germanwings flights should be regular)

 9th September: Short- and medium-haul flights (24 hours) Lufthansa and Germanwings flights.

 

Flight backlogs are possible on other airlines also accommodating Lufthansa passengers, and lingering disruptions may occur after the work stoppage ends.

Additional labor actions are possible.

 

The travellers are encouraged to:
