To All Scientists and Staff:

Please note that during the ICTP closure on the occasion of the Christmas festivities from 20th December to 6th January, the Carlson Wagonlit Travel office at Fermi Building will also be closed. The CWT in-house office will resume its operation from 7th January.

During the closing period the Genoa CWT office can provide some assistance on general flight information and on fare quotations.

However, in case of cancellation for departures scheduled during the closing period, travellers are required to contact promptly the Genoa CWT office in order to avoid charge of penalties to ICTP.
