As you may already know, the Academy of Sciences for the Developing
World (TWAS) is also promoting various fellowship programmes for PhD,
Postdoctoral and Advanced Research. These schemes represent a great
opportunity for scientists and researchers who may be interested in
enhancing their scientific knowledge. Thus, we are writing to you to
request whether you could possibly assist us in disseminating
information about these grants to a wider audience.

The fellowships are overseen jointly by TWAS and various host institutes
in countries in the South, including Brazil, China, India, Malaysia and
Pakistan and they allow scientists from developing countries to study or
do research in other developing countries and then to return home to
continue their careers.

Please find hereby attached an updated brochure providing an overview of
all the TWAS Fellowship schemes. We would be grateful if you could
perhaps publicize this brochure through your contacts, together with the
following information.
