Saturday 5th starting at 15:30 Carnival for children in Piazza Marconi followed by live concerts and music from 21:00 to midnight.

Sunday 6th at 13:30 GREAT MASCARADE PARADE

Take bus 20 from Central Train Station.

Ausonia Club: Big Carnival party on Saturday night starting at 22:00 with samba music played by the Berimbau band (30 percussionists) and the participation of Brazilian singer from Bahia Binho Carvalho. There will be a buffet with Brazilian specialties. Entrance Tickets sold at the Ticket Point in Corso Italia 6/c for 5 euro or directly at the club, same price until 23:30, after that time tickets will be sold at euro 10/pers. Revoltella Sunday Matinee Concert on Sunday 6 March at 11:00: violinist Masha Diatchenko plays 24 capprici by Paganini. Free drinks will be offered after the concert. "Munch e Lo Spirito del Nord", Villa Manin in Passariano di Codroipo in the province of Udine. For the first time in Italy, “Munch and the Spirit of the North. Scandinavia in the Second Half of the Nineteenth Century” aims to piece together a story that identifies the spirit of the North in painting in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The exhibition, composed of approximately 120 paintings on loan from Scandinavian museums in particular, but also from several other European and American museums, focuses chiefly on landscapes, although it also features a good number of portraits and figural works. Ongoing until 6 March 2011. Opening times: everyday 9:00 - 19:00 (until 1 Nov) and from 2 Nov Mon - Thurs 9:18:00 and Fri, Sat and Sun 9:00 - 19:00.
