Conservatory offers a series of free concerts every Wednesday.

ART &
EXHIBITIONS
Art Workshop for
Children at the Revoltella Museum in Via Diaz 27, on Sunday 14 March, for children aged 7 - 10, at 10:00 and children aged 4
- 6 in the afternoon from 16:00 - 18:00. The workshop is on the art of
"Collage” that started during the cubist period and in particular with
Picasso. Children will be accompanied by an expert to visit the
exhibition on
Futurism and the works of Depero and Carmelich and will spend 2 hours
to learn
how to make a collage with all kinds of materials. The cost for
children for
the guided tour and the workshop is euro 4,50 while the entrance fee
for
parents or adults accompanying their children is euro 6,50 that
includes a
free-guided tour of the exhibition and the piano concert in the
Auditorium at

"Mostra Mercato
del Disco Usato e da Collezione" at
the Stazione Marittima, Palazzo dei Congressi on Sunday 14 March from

19:00. This is an exhibition of vinyl records, DVDs and CDs and

"oldies" or if you have old vinyl records in your attic, basement or

"The Evolution of
an idea" at the Immaginario Scientifico in collaboration with WWF Italy
(Riva Massimiliano e Carlotta 15, in Grignano
beneath
the Adriatico Guest House). The exhibition presents multivision
projections on
themes related to Darwin's theory of evolution from the origins of
species to
biodiversity, on genetics and the mechanisms of reproduction, on
natural
selection and biodiversity. The exhibition is ongoing until 30 May,

a seminar on Darwin by Nicola Bressi (the European Pond Conservation

"Mila e la
Notte", an exhibition of famous fashion designer Mila Schön who passed away a year ago. The exhibition displays
63 unique high-fashion dresses from the 1960s. The exhibit is open
daily from
10:00 - 20:00 at the Salone degli Incanti, Riva Nazario Sauro (close to Piazza Unità), bus 8.

Flea Market in Muggia "Corte dei Miracoli" in
Piazza della Repubblica on Sunday 14 March, starting at 8:00.
Ski in the Region: for those of
you who would like to ski or
just visit the ski resorts in the Region, there is a wide choice:

Zoncolan, Tarvisio, Sella Nevea or Forni di Sopra. You may rent skis

on the spot but not ski suits. There is also a new bus service from
Udine
