FESTIVAL closing ceremony tonight at the Ariston cinema
Trieste Film
Festival is the main film event for Central-European film productions.
The
closing ceremony will take place tonight at the Ariston Cinema (Viale
Romolo
Gessi 14 - bus 8) with one of the most important French and
International
actresses, Fanny Ardant, who will meet the public before the
screening
of the film she directed "Ashes and Blood", a French-Rumanian

EXHIBITIONS
On the occasion of the
day of the Shoah, a solo exhibition by
the artist Giovanni Talleri was inaugurated yesterday 27 January at the
Risiera
di San Sabba museum, the only concentration camp in Italy. The artist's
works
are a collection of drawings and paintings inspired by his experience
as a
prisoner in Dachau in 1944-45 with themes that strongly affected him.
The
exhibition is open daily from 9:00 - 19:00 until May, in Via Palatucci

"Mila e la
Notte", an exhibition of famous fashion designer Mila Schön who passed away a year ago. The exhibition displays
63 unique high-fashion dresses from the 1960s. The exhibit is open
daily from
10:00 - 20:00 at the Salone degli Incanti, Riva Nazario Sauro (close to Piazza Unità), bus 8.
