WHAT'S ON THIS WEEK - 30 October – 2 November

Trip suggestion:

The nearby town of Udine can easily be reached from Trieste either by train or the 51 bus. It’s well worth a visit, with a varied selection of museums and galleries to see, as well as a castle, a cathedral and many lovely squares.  There are great shops and places to eat and drink. Until 26 November, Udine is celebrating St. Catherine, so there is a funfair taking place.  This weekend, there will also be the ‘Wonderful Vintage Market’ (vintage clothes and accessories) in Palazzo Kechler (piazza XX Settembre). Free entrance from 10-20 31 October to 2 November.  Info Point has some Town Guide booklets for Udine if you require one.
