ART EXHIBITIONS

 “Filo Rosso” international jewellery exhibition at the Museum Ugo Carrà in Muggia, jewels created with all kinds of metals and fabrics. 20 June – 22 Jul, open Tues - Sun 18:30 /20:30.

Sat 21 June: Guided Tour “Discover Trieste in the footsteps of Policeman Laurenti”: The famous character of Veit Heinichen’s detective novels set in Trieste. A two-hour walk  starting at 10:30. CONCERTS

Free concerts at the Castle of Miramare on Sat 21 June at 18:30 in the Throne Room with pianist Jerka Vladilo playing Liszt and Chopin, followed at 21:00 by a second concert performed by the students of the Conservatorio Tartini playing electro-acoustic music. Free entrance but limited numbers. If you are interested please be there before the time as it is on a first come first serve basis.

THEATRE

Sat 21 June: A play “le Baccanti. Euripidi e il divino” performed by the “Compagnia della Pietra”, all actors performing belong to the Oberdan  High School in Trieste. The play is set in the Miramare park near the lotus flower pond at 16:00.
