FEST- International Fair for Scientific Publishing Firms of Trieste
at the Molo IV Exhibition site (behind Teatro Miela, Corso Cavour) from 16 March to 20 April, organized by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Sissa, Area Science Park, Trieste University, Immaginario Scientifico, Promotrieste and Camera di Commercio. “International Feline Exhibition” cats from all over the world at Trieste’s Fair (Fiera), on 15 and 16 March, Piazzale de Gasperi 4, open 9:30-19:00. Take bus 18 from Piazza Garibaldi.

ART EXHIBITIONS
Civico Museo Castello di San Giusto: Van Leo, an Armenian photographer in Cairo, from 15 March to 25 May, and same place “Armenians in Trieste from 1700 to 1900, the mark of a nation”, with works of art, documents, photographs witnessing the Armenian community’s life in Trieste in the past centuries. Take bus 24.

TOURS
FREE GUIDED TOUR: “The Carsic area”. On Sunday 16, meeting point in Sagrado, (Sgonico) at 9:15 with an Italian and Slovene-speaking guide and at 14:30 with an Italian-speaking guide.
