UPDATE: AC Outage in offices LB 257 - LB 292 and alternative workspaces

Following up on our previous message regarding the AC maintenance, we 
would like to provide some options to help make you more comfortable:

  * Portable fans are available upon request. Please let us know if you
    need one for your office.
  * Alternative workspaces have been set up at GGH.
  * Temporary desks are available upon request in the main entrance of
    the Leonardo Building
