We warmly invite you to the (online) MHPC seminar given by François Mazen
(Scientific Visualization Director at Kitware Europe)
on the topic of "Scientific Visualization and in situ Analysis with
ParaView Catalyst".

Time: Tuesday, November 10, 4pm (~ 1 hour duration)

Location: The seminar will be broadcasted at MHPC lecture room (old SISSA
building, 1st floor, white door on the stairs from the ICTP tunnel), those

Abstract:
With increasing numerical simulation capacities thanks to exascale
supercomputers, getting insights from large simulation data is one of
today's challenges. In this presentation we will discover how ParaView, a
leading open source solution, can help to post-process scientific data
from small to large scale. Then in-situ analysis with Catalyst will be
introduced, to get more frequent and more relevant output from a running
simulation.
