Help shape AI tool support at ICTP. ~10min confidential survey (by Fri 3 July)

Dear colleagues,

ICTP is looking at how AI tools are used across the Centre, and how the 
Institute might best support that work. This is exploratory: no decision 
to adopt or buy anything has been made, and the survey will not be used 
to evaluate anyone. To help, we are asking all staff, administrative, 
scientific, and postdoctoral, to complete a short, confidential survey 
on the AI tools you use today, the ones you would like to use, where you 
think they would benefit ICTP, and your interest in training.

The survey takes about 10 minutes; most people see fewer questions, as 
some sections appear only if they apply to you. It is confidential: it 
does not ask for your name or email, and results are reported only in 
grouped form, never for a group smaller than five. There are no right 
answers, and wherever a question is required it offers a neutral option 
such as 'Prefer not to say', so you never have to share more than you 
want to.
