Open consultation session for the new library

Dear ICTP Community,

The library is currently under reconstruction. The renovation is 
progressing well and we have now reached a stage where consultation 
sessions are hold with the ICTP community to gather feedback on the 
available options.

Dedicated sessions have taken place with Scientific Sections and some of 
the programmes. This open session is meant for colleagues who didn't 
attend one of these sessions and who are interested in the progress of 
the library renovation and want to provide Feedback.

An Open Consultation Event is scheduled for *Wednesday, 1 October at 
13.30h in Euler lecture hall* and will take approx. 30-45 minutes.

We would be very happy to share with you the current status of the 
project, present the key options under consideration and hear your 
feedback. The input gathered during this first consultation will help us 
define the layout, air treatment systems and electrical infrastructure. 
As the project advances, we will propose additional meetings to discuss 
further details of the future library.
