*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF:*

The ICTP Medical Service is organizing its Autumn vaccination campaign 
against seasonal influenza.

The /Azienda Sanitaria Universitaria Giuliano Isontina(ASUGI)/ will 
provide a limited number of vaccine doses free of charge.

If you are interested, please send an email to "medical at ictp.it" so that 
we can request the necessary number of vaccines.

Kindly send your request *by Friday, 23 October 2025*.

Your early response will help us secure the maximum possible number of 
doses.

  Once vaccine availability is confirmed, the Medical Service will 
contact you individually to schedule the appointment.
