ICTP at the UN

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to share with you, on behalf of the Director, pictures 
and the recording of the ICTP 60th anniversary celebrations that took 
place on 9 May at the United Nations HQ, in New York.

The event, which was organised by the Permanent Mission of Italy to the 
UN and by UNESCO was attended by some 200 representatives of the UN’s 
member countries and was a great opportunity for ICTP to emphasise in 
front of major stakeholders its key role in promoting fundamental 
science and scientific collaboration globally.
