Bicycles to be removed

It came to our attention that there are at least 4 bicycles that appear 
to have been locked to the external bike racks of the LB parking lot for 
an extended period of time.

They look abandoned with clear signs of neglect such as rust, flat 
tires, missing parts, etc. (see attached photos).

The owners are requested to remove them as soon as possible to increase 
the availability of parking spaces for other users and to improve the 
appearance and efficiency of the Campus.
