Today we will do our meditation outdoors again:

let's meet at the upper entrance of Parco di Miramare, *_@ 12:45. PLEASE 
NOTE THE SLIGHT CHANGE OF TIME._*

[To reach Parco di Miramare, go toGalileo Guest House, leave the 
building at your right side, walk for 2 minutes and you will find the 
park entrance.]

Take a towel/mat with you (or a newspaper to sit on)
