Mindfulness Meditation at the Miramare Park today at 12:30

Dear friends and colleagues,

today we will meditate outdoor: we'll meet at the upper entrance of 
Parco di Miramare, @ 12:30, for our Mindfulness Meditation.


(Take the road from Galileo Guest House, leave the building at your 
right side, walk for 2 minutes to the park entrance).

Take a towel/mat with you (or a newspaper to sit on)
