*NOTICE TO ALL VISITORS AND STAFF*

This is to inform you that, on the occasion of the forthcoming 
festivities, *ICTP will be CLOSED from Saturday 20 December 2025 to 
Tuesday 6 January 2026 inclusive.*

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period, therefore the 
Library, the Gym and both Cafeterias will be closed as well and incoming 
mail will not be accepted.


Heating will be switched off.


Please be aware that access to the buildings will be granted *ONLY* to a 
restricted number of people previously authorised such as for 
Maintenance, Cleaning, Security services.


All the other access badges will be deactivated until January the 6th 
inclusive.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT TODAY, Friday 19 December,all visitors and staff are 
kindly requested to leave the premises not later than 5pm and make sure 
that all electrical devices in their offices are switched off.*
