Open consultation session for the new library

Dear ICTP Community,

The library is currently under reconstruction. The renovation is 
progressing and we have now reached a stage where again consultation 
sessions are hold with the ICTP community to gather feedback on the 
available furniture related options.

Dedicated sessions are taking place with Scientific Sections and some of 
the programmes. This open session is meant for colleagues who will not 
attend one of these sessions and who are interested in the progress of 
the library renovation and want to provide Feedback.

An Open Consultation Event is scheduled for Wednesday, 17 December at 
10.30h in Euler lecture hall and will take approx. 30-45 minutes.

We would be very happy to share with you the current status of the 
project, the results from the last consultation and present 
considerations regarding furniture layout and types to get your feedback.
