ICTP closure and arrangements during the Easter Festivities 2025

*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF*

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming festivities, ICTP 
will be closed from Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April inclusive.

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The *Marie Curie Library* opening hours will be the following:

Friday, 18 April 9:00 - 20:00
Saturday, 19 April 9:00 - 20:00
Sunday, 20 April CLOSED
Monday, 21 April CLOSED

Cafeterias and Bars arrangements during the Easter break:

*AGH BAR*
18/04 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 20.30
19/04 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 12.00 to 13.00
20/04 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 19.30 to 20.30
21/04 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 20.30
(salads, sandwiches, pizza and cold dishes will be provided at lunch/dinner)

*AGH CAFETERIA*
Closed from Friday 18/04 to Monday 21/04 inclusive

*LB BAR*
18/04 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)
19/04 and 20/04 - Closed
21/04 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)

*LB CAFETERIA*
Closed from Friday 18/04 to Monday 21/04 inclusive

*GALILEO BAR*
Open on Friday 18/04 and on Monday 21/04 - from 8.00 to 10.00
19/04 and 20/04 - Closed

Please note that ICTP/SISSA Shuttle service will be suspended from 
Friday 18/04 to Monday 21/04.
On Easter Monday 21st April the buses will run according to their Sunday 
schedule.

All ICTP services will resume on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
