REMINDER: Forthcoming Easter Festivities (addendum)

*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF*

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming festivities, ICTP 
will be closed from Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April inclusive.

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The *Marie Curie Library* opening hours will be the following:

Friday, 29 March 9:00 - 20:00
Saturday, 30 March 9:00 - 20:00
Sunday, 31 March CLOSED
Monday, 1 April CLOSED

_The *FabLab* will be open on Saturday 30 March, as usual from 2pm until 
7pm._

Cafeterias and Bars arrangements during the Easter break:

*AGH BAR*
29/03 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.00 to 20.00
30/03 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 12.00 to 13.00
31/03 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 19.00 to 20.00
01/04 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.00 to 20.00
(salads, sandwiches, hot first course, hot second course will be 
provided at lunch/dinner)

*AGH CAFETERIA*
Closed from Friday 29/03 to Minday 01/04 inclusive

*LB BAR*
29/03 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)
30/03 and 31/03 - Closed
01/04 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)

*LB CAFETERIA*
Closed from Friday 29/03 to Monday 01/04 inclusive

*GALILEO BAR*
Closed from Friday 29/03 to Monday 01/04 inclusive


Please note that ICTP Shuttle service will be suspended from 29/03 to 01/04.
On Easter Monday 1st April the buses will run according to their Sunday 
schedule.

All ICTP services will resume on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.

*In line with UN advice for Italy, please be extra cautious*, 
*particularly in crowded areas, and remain mindful of your 
surroundings*, especially when traveling or visiting tourist 
destinations during the upcoming Easter period.
