*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF*

This is to remind you that, on the occasion of the forthcoming 
festivities, *ICTP will be CLOSED from Saturday 21 December 2024 to 
Monday 6 January 2025 inclusive.*

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period, therefore the 
Library, the Gym and both Cafeterias will be closed as well and incoming 
mail will not be accepted.


Heating will be switched off.


Please be aware that access to the buildings will be granted ONLY to a 
restricted number of people previously authorized such as for 
Maintenance, Cleaning, Security services.

All the other access badges will be deactivated until January the 6th 
inclusive.


*On Friday 20 December*all scientists and staff are kindly requested to 
*leave the premises not later than 5pm* and make sure that all 
electrical devices in their offices are switched off.
