NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming festivities, ICTP 
will be closed from Friday 7 to Monday 10 April inclusive.

ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.


The Marie Curie Library opening hours will be the following:

Friday, 7 April 9:00 - 20:00
Saturday, 8 April 9:00 - 20:00
Sunday, 9 April CLOSED
Monday, 10 April CLOSED

Cafeterias and Bars arrangements during the Easter break:

AGH BAR
07/04 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 20.30
08/04 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 12.00 to 13.00
09/04 - Open from 8.00 to 9.00 and from 19.30 to 20.30
10/04 - Open from 7.45 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 20.30
(salads, sandwiches, hot first course, hot second course will be 
provided at lunch/dinner)


AGH CAFETERIA
Closed until mid April

LB BAR
07/04 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)
08/04 and 09/04 - Closed
10/04 - Open from 08.00 to 14.00 (light lunch available)

LB CAFETERIA
Closed from Friday 07/04 to Monday 10/04 (inclusive)

GALILEO BAR
Closed from Friday 07/04 to Monday 10/04 (inclusive)


Please note that on Easter Monday 10 April the public transport services 
will run according to their Sunday schedule.

All ICTP services will resume on Tuesday 11 April 2023.
