Updated message about fire

The wildfire in the neighbouring areas of Sistiana and Duino continues 
to cause serious interruptions to transportation and high levels of air 
pollution. ICTP is monitoring the situation and will share any updates 
with you. For now, local media are reporting that efforts to extinguish
