During the closure for the forthcoming festivities, Carlson Wagonlit 
Travel Agency can be contacted either by phone (phone no.: +39 011 
19523123) or by e-mail (ictp.it at contactcwt.com) from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, 
from Monday to Friday with exception to 25 December, 1 January and 6 
January.
For emergencies outside the working timetable please contact the 24-hour
