It has come to our attention that some vehicles have exited the LB 
parking lot via the entrance way, while the barrier is out of commission.

This is clearly in violation of the posted signs in ICTP's parking lot!

Failure to heed the posted signs, could result in causing a serious 
accident in which case the driver would be held responsible.

Please follow the exit arrows in order to avoid a serious accident.
