Closure of ICTP Guesthouses during Christmas and New Year

NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

Please note that, on the occasion of the Christmas and New Year
festivities, the ICTP guesthouses Adriatico and Galileo will be closed
as follows:
- Galileo Guesthouse from Monday, 16 December 2019 (guests only) to
Thursday 23 January 2020 inclusive. It will reopen to the public on
Friday 24 January 2020, at 7:00 a.m.
ICTP staff will have access to the building as of Tuesday 07 January
2020, at 7:00 a.m.
- Adriatico Guesthouse from Friday, 20 December 2019 to Monday 06
January 2020 inclusive. It will reopen on Tuesday 7 January 2020, at
7:00 a.m.

The last working day for ICTP staff at both guesthouses will be Friday,
20 December 2019. In order to facilitate the closure of the buildings,
all Scientists and Staff will be requested to leave the premises not
later than 5.00 p.m.
