CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

The Fifth edition of the Trieste Mini Maker Faire is fast approaching 
and we are looking for ICTP volunteers to ensure the smooth running of 
the event.

The TSMMF, to be held on 28 and 29 July, will be open to the public from 
11:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and from 9:00 to 16:00 on Sunday.

ICTP volunteers are needed for some important tasks on the ICTP 
premises, to assist disabled visitors and to give support to ICTP staff 
on critical duties.

Volunteers will be organised in shifts:
Saturday: 11:00-14:00; 14:00-17:00; 17:00-20:00
Sunday 9:00-12:30; 12:30-16:00.

Please note that we specially need volunteers for the Sunday afternoon 
shift.

You are welcome to sign up for more than one shift.

Should you wish to sign up as a volunteer, kindly send an e-mail to 
infopoint at ictp.it with VOLUNTEER in the subject line.
Please indicate your shift preferences and also indicate your 
T-shirt size. Volunteers will receive a meal voucher (for each shift) 
and a T-shirt as compensation for helping us with the MINI MAKER FAIRE.
