Circular note on Cessione di fabbricato

This is to inform everybody concerned that the Questura (Police) warned
us of some new stringent rules governing accommodations in Italy and
asked us to make them known to everybody in order to avoid possible
penalties ranging from euro 150 to 1,000.

The matter is a bit complex, however as short as possible:
whoever is responsible of an accommodation (as its owner, tenant,
host...) and passes the responsibility to somebody else or even only
hosts a third person, keeping the responsibility of the flat/house, MUST
REPORT IT to the Police, through a document called CESSIONE DI
FABBRICATO, within 48 hours from the actual access of the new
responsible person or host/s.
This is mandatory for any length of stay and for each family member,
children of any age inclusive.

In case of more information and/or assistance kindly contact us and we
shall be pleased to clarify better the situation and suggest the
necessary action case by case.
