REMINDER: Children's Christmas party

Dear colleagues,

I am happy to invite your children (aged 0-11) to the ICTP Christmas 
party on Friday, 11 December 2015, starting at 17:00 in the Cafeteria of 
the Leonardo Building.

Please confirm participation (including name, age and gender of your 
children) within 06 November 2015 by sending an e-mail to

xmas at ictp.it

The organizers welcome any help in the preparation of the party, as well 
as for the entertainment of the children on the day of the party (gift 
wrapping, decorations, supervision of party activities). Please send any 
message related to this subject to the xmas at ictp.it account.
