Urgent request for Names & car plates of colleagues working at ICTP on Sunday, 1st June

On Sunday, 1st June there will be a major Italian Cycling event (Giro 
d'Italia) passing through Trieste and several roads will be closed to 
traffic.

The Authorities have asked us to forward them a list of the names of 
staff  - ONLY FOR THOSE COLLEAGUES WHO WILL BE ON DUTY AT ICTP  ON 
SUNDAY 1st June - and their car plates as the roads from Viale Miramare 
to Strada Costiera will be closed that day. Only people with authorized 
passes
will be allowed to drive through.

Kindly revert with the above info as soon as possible - /before 
Wednesday, 28 Ma//y/ - by sending
your names and car plates to both:

agbedjro at ictp.it     and
massimo at ictp.it
