Public reading in the Marie Curie Library:
	"An International Centre, in Trieste".

On the "World Book and Copyright Day", your Library invites you to 
attend a reading by ICTP students, scientists and staff from selected 
books of the Marie Curie Library collection.

ICTP is going to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The written words of 
its founding fathers will take you back in time to hear about 
"accidental coincidences and a series of highly improbable events" which 
with the farsighted diplomacy of Abdus Salam and Paolo Budinich 
succeeded in establishing ICTP in Trieste.
Excerpts from books in the Library collection will be read by ICTP 
students, scientists and staff.
