Urgent request for Names & car plates of colleagues working at ICTP on 4 May

In view of the forthcoming BAVISELA sports event (4 May) in Trieste,also this year the authorities
have asked us to forward them a list of the names of staff  - ONLY FOR THOSE COLLEAGUES WHO
WILL ON DUTY AT ICTP  ON SUNDAY 4 MAY - and their car plates as the roads from
Viale Miramare to Strada Costiera will be closed that day. Only people with authorized passes
will be allowed to drive through.

Kindly revert with the above info as soon as possible - before Thurs. 24 April - by sending
your names and car plates to bothmassimo at ictp.it  andagbedjro at ictp.it.
